Lilly was Jessy's best friend while they were still alive. They had grown up together for years, and she was able to be there for Jessy while her health was low. Lilly had mental health problems too such as depression and brief hallucinations. She commited suicide about half a year after Jessy had done so, not wanting to live without what was at the time one of her only friends.

Lilly ended up as a goat-like demon in hell as she had sold her soul to Satan earlier in life. She did so to save a friend who she eventually stopped believing she had saved before her death. When she went to hell she could finally see that friend again who was also in hell.
